When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:
The IP address included in that email is retained for as long as the email itself is retained (see section 5). Separately, our hosting infrastructure also automatically logs standard server information for every visit — including IP address, browser/user agent, and the timestamp of the request — whether or not you submit the form; those infrastructure logs follow Cloudflare's own log-retention policy, not ours.
Separately, a quick-enquiry page at /lead — a link a Landora advisor may send you directly, rather than something you find by browsing the site — collects:
/lead is a separate route from the contact form above; it exists for when someone is handed the link directly rather than navigating the site to find it. Any photographs you attach are sent as email attachments through Resend, the same provider listed in section 4, and are retained in the same Gmail inbox under the same retention period as other enquiries (see section 5). If your browser has JavaScript enabled, photos are resized on your device before they're sent — this is done only to make the upload faster on a slow connection, not as a privacy measure: it is a resized copy of the photo that leaves your device and reaches us, not the untouched original, but a copy still leaves your device and is still transmitted and retained exactly as described above.
When you click "Send message", your browser submits the form directly to our server, which emails your details straight to Landora so we can respond to your enquiry, for example to call or email you back, arrange a viewing, or discuss listing your property. We process it on the basis of the consent you give by voluntarily submitting the form. The quick-enquiry form at /lead works the same way, and on the same consent basis.

Beyond what's described above, we do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any advertising or analytics network.
Enquiry emails and their contents are retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and no longer than is required by law, after which they are deleted unless you have become a client and the information forms part of an ongoing transaction record.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts of any kind. When you save a property to your favourites, that list is stored using your browser's localStorage — it lives only on your own device and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new feature that changes what data we collect. Any change to how this site uses cookies or analytics will be reflected here at the same time it goes live.
